From my experience in creative direction, production, and studio operations, I’ve learned that process and automation must enhance the creative product and working environment in proportion to increases in efficiency, output, and speed to market. This balanced philosophy is crucial for sustaining high-performing, productive, and actively engaged creative teams.

When not solving new and exciting creative problems, I enjoy learning to play the electric guitar, sci-fi, illustration, DIY home improvement projects, and general nerdery.
